I highly recommend this book to all my clients who have poor posture. It is a simple adjustment in how we sit, stand, walk, bend over, and sleep. This book is so well illustrated, that you can follow along and change your posture with a little help by studying the pictures. I also include it as part of my massage because posture really affects our back and necks, legs and arms. I love teaching people how to change the way they sit, at work or while driving or watching TV at home. I sleep so much more comfortably now. A friend recently had knee surgery and she used this book to help her learn to walk again. It has helped me tremendously and my clients too.
